VIRTUAL ASSISTANT RATES
Work carried out by us will be recorded in 5 minute intervals each day. These amounts will be added up for a week, then rounded to the nearest 15 minutes - see below for examples. A week for billing purposes starts on Friday and extends through to close of business on the following Thursday, as invoices are sent out each Friday.
Note that any costs over and above time will be added to the hourly rate charged. So if we send out 100 CDs for you, we will charge you for 100 blank CDs and postage, as well as the hourly charge for the time taken.
All charges are in Australian dollars.
Examples of billing
We spend 10 minutes on your work on Monday, 15 minutes on Wednesday and 25 minutes on Thursday. This totals 50 minutes for the week. This will be billed as 45 minutes for the week.
The next week, we spend 10 minutes on your work on Monday, 15 minutes on Wednesday and 30 minutes on Thursday. This totals 55 minutes for the week. This will be billed as 1 hour for the week.
Hourly Rates
Due to the different levels of skill and effort involved, different tasks are charged at different rates.
See the following table for details. Note that this covers tasks listed - anything not listed here will have a rate negotiated between us before any work is commenced, but will probably be chosen from the rates listed below.

Buy Hours in Bulk
If you buy hours in bulk, you will receive a discount. Buy a block of 5 hours and get a 5% discount, buy 10 hours at once and get 10% off.

Out of Hours Service
The above rates apply to work done within normal business hours - Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm.
If you need work to be done outside these hours, there may be a surcharge added. This will be advised before work is commenced.
Urgent Service
Normally work will be delivered within 48 hours of the expected completion time - so a 2 hour job commenced at 10am on Monday will be delivered by 12 noon on Wednesday, or a 10 hour job commenced at 8.30am on Tuesday will be delivered by 10.30am on Friday based on an 8 hour working day.
If you have a deadline that requires the work to be delivered sooner, a surcharge may be added. Again, this will be advised before work is commenced.
