Editing or changing the email notifications
Note that all images below are taken from a standard Plone website - your website may have a different look, so the images are only a guide, they may not be exact.
When people place an order for your products, email notifications can be sent. By default, these emails are not sent out, but you may choose to have one or more of the notifications sent. There are default words in these emails, but this can be changed. Here is how to enable the notifications and how to change the words included.
1. Log in to your website with the Login Name and Password that we gave you, if you are not already logged in. (You will see a Log In section at the bottom of the Navigation on the left if you are not logged in). Instructions are here.
2. Find the Site Setup link on your website. This is usually at the top right hand corner of the screen and appears on all pages.
3. Go to the GetPaid setup. Under the Add-on Product Configuration heading, click GetPaid.
4. Click on Email Notifications.
5. The first email is one that will be sent to you when a new order is created, before it has been charged to the customer's account.
a. Do not change the To or From lines.
b. You can change the Subject line - this is the Subject on the email you will receive. You might want it to be clearer that the order has not been charged yet:
c. Everything below this is in the Body of the email. We do not recommend that you change any of the information in ${ } entries, but feel free to move the parts around, or to change the text outside the ${ } parts.
To receive this email notification, ensure you change the indicator from Do Not Send to Send.
6. The next email is one that will be sent to the customer when a new order is created, before it has been charged to the customer's account.
a. Do not change the To or From lines.
b. You can change the Subject line - this is the Subject on the email your customer will receive. You might want it to be clearer that the order has not been charged yet:
c. Everything below this is in the Body of the email. We do not recommend that you change any of the information in ${ } entries, but feel free to move the parts around, or to change the text outside the ${ } parts.
To send this email notification, ensure you change the indicator from Do Not Send to Send.
7. The next email is one that will be sent to you when a new order has been created and charged to the customer's account.

In most cases, it only makes sense to turn this notification on if you have the created notification happening - this would allow you to match of the second step for the order even if it was declined.
10. The last email is one that will be sent to the customer when a new order has been created but the charge was declined for the customer's account.
a. Do not change the To or From lines.
b. You can change the Subject line - this is the Subject on the email your customer will receive. You might want it to be clearer that the order has been created but declined:

11. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen.
